I heard people use preperation H for this...try pushing it back in gently then apply the prep H, keep her away from other chickens they will just peck at her. Looks like a prolapsed vent... have you tried pushing it back in with your fingers?

Buy starter chick feed from your local TSC store...make sure you have a waterer that is shallow enough for the chicks to drink out of but not drowned, add rocks to it to be on the safe side. After the first or second day momma hen will take them outside and she will take care of everything else.

My Bantam cochin just hatched 12 babies...she doesnt seem to be having any problems with them. All are growing beautifully and quite healthy. I would try it, if it doesnt work out put them in a box with a light. Good luck!!
