    I wouldn't chance poison either. We've got barn cats that are doing a great job. We've also got Livestock Guardian Dogs that love to help control the rodent population. Poison is just too risky.

    What is the best waterer for ducks

    I use a 1 gallon milk jug with holes cut in the side and it works great. Also a very large plastic container with lid (used for muffin or cake storage) with large holes cut out in the lid has worked well for me. Anything else I've tried has pretty much been a messy disaster.
