ok im no expert at all and i've only hatched once so ill tell you my experience....tickles was born a little bloody and very wet i very gently wiped her over with a damp cloth not wet, just to see if there was any injury and there wasnt ...i put her in an old beanies under the lamp NOT hot tho...
lol where do i start ...the father is either the black new hampshire x silkie or the white newhampshire x silkie and the mum is either a black silkie or a silverspangled hamburg or a rode island red i dont know at all i had two of these but the first one came out with its tummy perforated...

BUT i agree that you should quaranteen her and check her fully for lice, maggots or any other problems she MAY have Treat her for mite and worms anyway and also treat...
she looks exactlly like my 3 and im saying 3 because 2 of mine have just started laying an egg here and there (im guessing its their first lay considering the size of the eggs lol) i got mine last week and the person i got them from said they are lavender? and approx 13 weeks old so good luck
