    Renie'sPeeps : I think you should get 7.... 5 hens 2 roos. If both roos survive... then you have enough hens to divide them up.. If only one roo survives.. he can handle all 5 hens just fine. Someone pm'd me wanting a cockerel chick because 2 of her 3 died in the mail might want to keep...

    Yes they are auto-sexing, which means they breed true from generation to generation. I had to go back and check but I do have that in the title and in the description.
