It probably is not broken then. I would do some niacin and electroylte supplements. Something else is causing it to hang but I don't know what. Does he have feeling in his toes? Pinch his foot and see if he reacts/tries to get away.- HeritageGoose13

Keep him in a small pen. Where is the break? A picture would be good. If there's no swelling it probably is not broken but has something else wrong with it.- HeritageGoose13
