    The "blob" is the hard mass covering the top & sides of her toe. I thought that it might be an accumulation of mud & fecal matter that it may soften with the soaks. What happened was the scales & feet did soften BUT it loosen the "blob" to where when it moved it bleed. I let her soak yesterday...
