Cville area is STILL very high compared to other areas of VA... we're still at $1.75 - 10 miles down the road in Orange they are paying $1.65 - Richmond is below $1.50 and Fredericksburg area is $1.61! Ugh - WHY must we pay higher prices than the surrounding counties?
