I had a miss type that should have been 3-4 days. Yes a 4 weeks you can feed full sized turkey starter.

I take the turkey starter I use and grind it in a old blender till it is kinda like a course powder then add about a 1/2 a hand full of the full sized stuff and mix it up. Put it out. I find 304 day old quail are eaten all of it no matter the size.

Will cots or any species of quail use water nipples that are made for chickens? I was wanting do a watering system similar to ones posted on the this site with a bucket pvc and watering nipples.
