Hey everyone! I'm in Vicksburg, and I just had a neighbor evicted by his landlord for keeping three bantams. Is this normal or just a picky landlord? The renter was liked by everyone on the street. I'm new to Vicksburg and don't want to alienate the neighbors if I can help it. Any feedback...
