    6 on lock down. Running a test run before my eggs arrive in two weeks. Looks like I might have 100% hatch.

    That's exactly how I been incubating, dry till I see that they are piping. And yes I have a terrible time with humidity. I have been loosing half my hatch after the 18 days. I put the bator in a closet and that hasn't helped. I won't give up. But truly it gets frustrating.

    I just got 12 marans eggs by mail. I put them in a dark room till tomorrow. The thing is that I was told to keep humidity at 60 from the beginning. I already have eggs in the bator. How true is this.

    Wao South how do you know what your chickens have. I don't have any knowledge will love to learn how to tell when something is wrong what it may be.

    Good morning guys. So I got a fart egg or maybe one of my juveniles started laying, won't know until I see her or separate. The thing about this egg is that it's tiny. Out of curiosity I put it in the bator. Surprisingly it's having veins. Too early but I think it does.
