This was too cute not to share. There are eggs a rocking so she won't be lonely too much longer. And she has been chirping to the chicks in the brooder. They are next to each other.
Today is day 21. I am patiently impatiently waiting and trying not to check every 30 seconds. Everyone says like popcorn once they start hatching but it's been very slow popping with one a day. Hopefully today the rest will hatch. Trying not to open and take out the one lonely chick in the...
Here are the 3 rescue chicks that have hatched so far. I had to get them out and the one rotting egg. I have 9 still left to hatch that are due Saturday and Sunday.

This form is very hard to keep up with.. I just want to thank everyone for all your help and to helping to show me where all the different information is on incubating.

The incubator has been running for 17 days as I have 6 eggs in there in day 17 prior to having to add these soon to be hatching eggs from the broody.

Need some help. During the day my incubator stays at 55 humidity all the wells are filled but st night it drops to the low 49's. what can I do to keep it stable? Also I have eggs in there that are on day 16 and need to add eggs from my broody they are on day 22. Suggestions on what to do?
What am I doing wrong?! They are 8 days old in the pictures (taken last night). The incubator is at 100* and humidity is at 45. I tried to get it up higher but it likes to stay at 45.
Why do I seem to have two air cells? They are not shipped eggs and are from a local breeder. Thank you for...
Thank you so much I will candle tomorrow night after my new phone arrives so i can get nice pictures and make sure all are developing at the same day or two. I will give her all the oldest ones. That should give me time to get another incubator for lock down.
Thank you for your advice. I was wondering if I should do that. She is currently sitting on 10 eggs that are between 9-14 days (i think). I have 14 in the incubator that fall into that range as well. Then I have 6 eggs that I just put in this last Sunday afternoon.
The hen is a pullet I am...
Total bummer tonight in my shipped eggs. Only 3/12 are still going for sure as I can see chick moving. 2 are questionable due to being to dark to see more than a blob.
The BBS not started hatch is on day 3 of those two. one has veins the other has a couple of veins but not in the right spot so...
