Your only pullet is one the left, in the back. The other 2 are have that darker red coming in on the wings, which is a very distinctively male trait. Females will not have red/copper/gold on the wings. This one already has male specific saddle feathers.

That big red comb, and that darker shade of blue on the shoulder/wings. He's still a bit young for the male 'copper' on the shoulders, and for male specific feathering.
