Dont put too much in the feed as it has a dessicating/drying effect in their insides. 2% of the total feed is all you would want in there. I usually put a cup or so in a newly opened feed bag so if there are any bugs, they die. And sprinkle it under the roosts, but just know that you will have...- speckledhen
