Well, that didn't work...

So, my final numbers out of 24 eggs was 8... Here are a few pics of them. Friend says the eggs were old for how they hatched and incubated.[/IMG][/IMG][/IMG][/IMG][/IMG][/IMG][/IMG][/IMG]

Well, so far out of 24 expensive, shipped from Texas eggs, I've got 6 chicks. Im not a happy camper.. My friend had other chicks popping out like popcorn but not mine. I'm pretty sad... :(

Congratulations to all that have chicks already and to those with pips and zips. Mine were still quiet as of lastnight. :( I'm still praying that at least some hatch...

Thanks! I have hardware cloth along both open sides where the bars are to keep the chicks inside.

My brooder is finally set up and almost ready for my chicks to make their grand appearance. Lol

Is it too late to join? My chicks are due to hatch on Easter. I have Phoenix, American Longtails, Onagadori, and Yokohoma eggs set.
