I think your math may be off. A 4x8 run and coop combo is only 32 sq feet so 3 adult birds maximum at the 10sq ft in the run.

So the entire space including coop would be 4x8? or is this the run space only? Either way I think you would be ok since they are bantams and not a lot of them in each group. If you can make it larger that is always better. I know those dimensions are easier to work with. Are the three...
