Aam! What's the age of the chicks and the temperature around the coop and how often do you clean up the coop? That could help find out the cause of the sneezing. For now make sure they eat. Again the poop color could help as well. Chicks having NDV could sneeze and have a green droping...
I believe boosting their imune system to work effectively is better than exposing chickens to synthetic chemicals and they'll end up in our systems through the eggs we take.

I think probiotics can take care of the secondary infections. Milk or yoghout with probiotics can serve at this point.

I use veniger to raise my 50 day olds and now 41 survived nd are laying very good. They're 26 weeks old now. Veniger did work for them cos I never used amprolium on them untill they're 16 weeks old and they start laying at week 20. I use local herbs on them to treat some symptoms...
