    If any predator gets in your chicken pen(s) it is YOUR fault. A raccoon or a possum or a weasel doesn't have an owner. Simply because a dog belongs to someone doesn't make him any different from a wild predator. At the most it is a shared responsiblity with a dog. Knowing neighbors have dogs...
