I am testing as I post. I have a pot on each burner with something different in each pot and a fresh egg in each pot. I love to experiment.

I have tried everything and found the best way to peel an egg is to keep some in the fridge for several days ( a couple of weeks or more the better). After I boil them I plunge them in ice cold water. Works every time for me.
