The older an egg is, the easier it is to peel after boiling. I have never tried salt, vinegar,or oil, but it does seem worth trying. I gather eggs every day, and write the date on each egg in pencil. Then I try to use the oldest eggs for boiling if it is for something like a special occasion. If...
