Yeah I've read on here (I'm new to ducks so I read A LOT haha) that the niacin that's in the feed isn't always enough and they may need supplements of it or brewers yeast (and only brewers yeast, not any other kinds) -

One of my pekins is like that. Not that bad anymore but it was. I believe it may be a niacin deficiency. My guy that has his neck like that is the biggest one of 6 and seems to be just fine. He even seems more friendly than the other 5. Te bigger he gets the better his neck gets though
