My chicken (Cluck) had that last year. We tried EVERYTHING!! Eventually we decided to just let her be, because, she (as you said) was acting normal. We washed it every other day and eventually her prolapsed vent just disappeared. I don't know if that's normal but it worked for me.Good luck!
