The electric netting would be a quick approach although you could make so a single strand of hotwire would have similar effect with that coop.

    Experiment with getting them to fly up more than 24", ideally more than 36%. I would still look into using hot wire or some approach that would selectively zap a mammal trying to get into to coop.

    I would play around with how the birds can fly in that is beyond what a raccoon can jump. This would require staying with birds at time they are going to roost to see how they do it. You will see they are able to change approach but it has a learning curve.

    Use wetted chicken feed. Odds are raccoon coming to get the easy first, chickens are simply targets of opportunity. If you catch non-target animal, simply release. I catch chickens far more often than I catch predators which is part of the game.

    I generally use dogs and always have traps out. Fencing, electrified is surprisingly effective, especially when using poultry netting as perimeter around where birds kept at night. You can also put fencing around / on coop itself but that makes so you always have to on your toes when engaged...
