it is a cockerel, sorry. As to what it's mixed with, hard to say. Can you contact the seller and see what the possibilities are? Bears and muffs are't too common, especially with a straight comb. Maybe a D'uccle? It doesn't look vulture hocked at all, but I have no idea how dominant those are.
