To spray birds or poultry coop?
For a heavily infested coop, it's 6.7 ounces (200 ml) per gallon.
For birds, it's 0.64 (20 ml) ounces per gallon.
or
For birds, it's 0.16 (5 ml) ounces per quart.
Above is for 10% products.
I tried the less concentrated on the birds, but it didn't kill the fleas, so yes, I put the 0.5% on the birds. :oops: Instant death to the fleas and in a day or two most fell off. Those that don't fall off come off easily with a fingernail.
Have before and after pictures if you're interested...
I suggested the stronger potion because I found the fleas very hard to treat with the weaker solution.

Stronger potion on the fleas only and apply with a qtip. regular strength on the body of the birds and in the coop.
When I tried the poultry dust it didn't kill them right away so I ended up picking them off. The next time I found some I tried a more diluted version and it took a couple of days for all of them to die. The third time I got aggressive and made my super potion and all were dead in minutes, then...
