@lpyrbby hmm... it looks weak, like it's lungs aren't fully developed. All I can think of is to keep reducing the humidity... assuming you don't have anymore external pips... so it can get fresh air. I read somewhere that if the egg was stored too long before setting that the chick can hatch...
If there is too much humidity there won't be much oxygen to breath. Lift the lid for two seconds, wait a moment, lift the lid again. One of my chicks did that and it was fine after the incubator was de-humidified.

If you have any that have fluffed up, quickly and carefully take them out. Opening the incubator will dry it out just enough to lower the humidity. I did that and a few of mine that had done nothing pipped, zipped and hatched. Good luck!!
