I'm not seeing anything in there, but I wouldn't call it for sure until day seven. Other things to consider, how old were they when the hen began to sit? Are temps in your area still below freezing and could they have frozen? Is she an especially small bantam that the rooster may have had...

Possibly not then. Where did you get the eggs?

You may have to wait a few more days to see development. Have you also checked to make sure your incubator temps are correct, just in case?
