As long as it's not a chronic thing I wouldn't worry. It takes a bit for their bodies to get the process nailed down. Even in their prime an odd egg can happen now and then.
Often when pullets first start laying it takes their system a while to get the process all ironed out and all sorts of weird eggs can happen. Wait till the first time you get a "rubber" one with no shell.
Yeah. My easter eggers just recently started laying and they have laid a few. The eggs were ginormous. I felt bad for them!
