    A grow and starter mix from the local feed and seed plus since I have adult ladies I also have oyster shell. A handful of seed once a week. Nightly, vegetable shavings from our food, grapes, apples, brown rice, scrambled eggs, tomatoes etc. Rotate with the fresh stuff.
