    Sounds like she might not be preening enough? And if she gets soaked again, best thing is to blow dry her gently with a blow dryer on low... sitting under a heat lamp takes too long to dry off if she is not preening and can prolong a chill... gefting chilled can cause them to just 'shut down'...
