One of my goals this year is to recycle more. I found an idea to recycle tshirts into no sew grocery bags and since I dont need more rags I decided to try it
Is there a cover in them? Ors were plastic but had a removable fuzzy cover on them. You could glue some carpet to them if not.
My husband used scrap wood from other projects for ours but bought the carpet to attach. Walmart I think.
Bought the tethers on the right. Great idea, not bull terrier puppy proof.
Homemade on the left using the seatbelt clips from the purchased ones. These are bull terrier puppy proof!
We had some doggy steps that were plastic and came with a washable cover. They lasted many moons but needed replacement so hubs built some with scrap wood. Tge first time around there was no metal trim but the puppy tore the cover off. So it has been recovered and reinforced and we no longer...
We expanded the shaded area where the girls hang out pretty much all day and named it the habitrail. On the left is the old swing frame with shade cloth attached, the old picnic table with shade cloth in the middle and on the other end is a thing we used for a temporary run when the girls were...

I take the pants...
Not really homemade but my mouse kept falling off my keyboard thing while I work. Used 2 command strips for hanging pictures to stop the problem. Works pretty good.
We got this picnic table super cheap a long time ago, used to be part of a display in a store. Since we don't use it any more we attached shade cloth to it and I run the hose on a trickle for a while when it's hot. Makes a nice cool spot for the girls to hang out.
The thing in the top right...
@lazy gardener sorry didn't see that you'd tried it. I hope it keeps working well for you.
@Diannastarr LemiShine gets the residue off your dishes and cleans your dishwasher. Good stuff!
YVW. Have you tried it? What do you think?
I wasn't happy with it for a heavy load but I also purchased lemishine to try in my next batch, used the canning stuff my first batch.
Hi everybody :frow
Hope everyone is having a good year! My goals this year are to be more frugal and purge the junk. Getting a good start on both :yesss:
I made some homemade dishwasher tabs using the recipe linked below. I know I can beat my cost of 11 cents per use if I buy citric acid in...
