For me about a dozen surplus or so when I have 2 hens laying. My neighbor will buy eggs when I have them. I tell her I don't want money but she slips me a ten every so often, averageing out about $6 a dozen. What the heck, it pays for their feed.
One, but this was from my only laying age hen who is bouncing back from a hard 18 month molt. It's been 2 months since she last layed and I'm handling the eggs like they were made of gold!
