I agree with you about the salt. I use my eggs mainly scrambled or in baking. They came in real handy this week making 12 apple bread loaves, 3 batches of chocolate chip cookies and 3 batches of Oatmeal raisin cookies. Gonna see how they do in dressing and pumpkin pie.
I crack them into a silicone muffin pan- one egg per hole. Then put the muffin pan on a cookie sheet and freeze. When frozen, put them in a freezer bag, removing as much air as I can, then wrap in aluminum foil. I write date and content on packag.

I keep telling my girls food ain’t free, but they don’t listen. I just have 4 hens- one molting after a prolong broody period. They are all a year old and I think are about to stop laying for the winter.
