True, will have to see! We didn’t think it would be possible for a silkie and Plymouth Rock baby to survive in the silkie egg as it’s so small and our Plymouth is huge!- susierw

The Mum is white with a grey head and the dad is grey with some black feathers! They are our first ever chicks sooo cute and soft! Hope they arnt cross bread :s the one that is still in the egg in that photo has fluffy feet too..will have to see what the others turn out to look like! Is it true...- susierw

Is my chick a silkie?!
Our silkie has just hatched 10chicks..we have 2 roosters a Plymouth Rock and silkie although we never saw the Plymouth mate with her. A few of the chicks have hairy feet and are grey then the majority are yellow with clean feet. Can silkies be born without fluffy feet? Thanks!- susierw
