A five pound hen would get ~1/2 teaspoon twice a day. For anyone that decides to use the Medistatin nystatin, when using the measuring spoon that it comes with, one level spoon = 3 grams. Each gram = 400,000 IU, so one level spoon = 12,000,000 IU. The dose I use is 300,000 IU per kilogram, so...
