One of mine: Here is one of a duckling that didn't fully absorb. A few hours later and it's already smaller. Here is the same duckling two days later:

When I get one like that I drip some betadine or chlorhexadine on the umbilicus and place them on a soft, clean towel in the incubator.

Can you put him back n the incubator?
