Bob was very helpful sent me the part right out. He mentioned sending someone but my husband could do it. So it's working now but definitely not correct on the humidity. I keep unplugging the turner and putting in a calibrated hydrometer. What kept happening to yours?

I did cancel them the air cells looked good to me besides two seemed a little big. I have never hatched eggs before so not exactly sure what they were supposed to look like. It seemed to me she had them Packaged very well. Doesn't mean anything if post office wasn't gentle I guess though...

OK i didn't know that I've been turning for three days have them. In older hovabator incubator but was going to transfer them to this. Ancona eggs are not that big little bigger then my chicken eggs.

Why are you not using the auto turner on shipped eggs? I'm new I have eggs going that were shipped not in this incubator but wanted to switch them. Over when I turn them. Will this egg turner work for smaller duck eggs? I have Ancona duck eggs in the incubator. Thanks
