How to build a nest?
Anything soft can be a good nesting pad, you just don't want the eggs to break when they hit it. I use a combo of pine shavings and straw. You could use leaves or grass clippings if you have them available, and old scrap of carpet, an old t-shirt, shredded black and white newspaper (not glossy...- PirateGirl
