I wouldn't be too concerned about her walking weirdly yet. I'd imagine the wound makes walking unpleasant even if it's superficial. I second the antibiotic ointment- for a human I'd advise keeping it covered with ointment although I realize a duck may not be compliant in keeping a bandage on.
