Looks like a sizzle to me. Frizzle and silkie are two separate feather types. Sizzles are both types on the same bird. I can see the frizzle especially on neck and back in that pic.

Genetically 25% chance they would be frazzles. With only 3 chicks though it could be none or all three. % don't pan out so well with small numbers.
