Same!! Only snake I have ever found in my runs is the sharp-tailed snakes that are the size of earthworms! Others in the Valley are garters and rattlesnakes...but grateful I don't live in an area they are common.

This was my feeling as well! I’ve seen a lot of beautiful leghorns on this thread and while she’s probably a lovely chicken…I just can’t fathom spending that much on a bird unless it’s from proven show lines! 🥴👌🏻 Thanks, I’m glad I’m not wrong :-)

Okay leghorn folks…are either of these prices (ignoring the double post of the same bird at different prices 😆) a good or reasonable price for this bird?? I think it’s a lovely bird…but $80 (not to mention $120!) still seems like a lot to me! But I thought y’all might have a better perspective...

All of them are Olandsk Dwarf chickens. Since they’re a rare landrace breed you get all sorts of unique patterns. And that one is my favorite 😍

Oh yeah, I understand the game! I should have replied using the one where he asked you the gender. I guess I was thinking that there is way for you to guess gender on the duck wing types based on his question? Sorry that was a confusing way to ask…it was late 😆

What are you looking for to know the gender is female? I was going to guess female, but it was a guess based on some chicks I have that seem to be girls when the dark brown stripe is really dark? The boys seem to have lighter center streak colors? Not the best pictures…but you can at least see...
