It's not about me telling anyone to go out and buy a new phone. I'm simple stating if you are using an old device you will have problems...that the problem is not with the website it is with the device. If your device is unsupported by the manufacturer of the software there isn't anything...

If you are running Lollipop I guarantee you that is your problem.

Phones are not made to last. If your actually phone itself is older model then it will probably not even be capable to download a newer Android version. If your phone is running an unsupported android version it means it won't work good (basically)... there is nothing a website can do to help...

Double check you Android versions... IF they are out dated your phone will not work as well as the most recent android operating system will.
