I have Buffs and Pekins. With the help of people on here they helped me learn how to train my ducks. You just take a bucket of treats and just shake it. Same food, bucket and call(like "here ducks here"). You just increase distance and POW! They should learn like that.

I would hang out with the dog too....she looks friendly! Looking at all the pics of free ranging ducks gets me happy for mine to go out! They are in training right now. For some of you guys who know...what should I use to help get the ducks in(treat)? Cat food or meal worms....something else?

Oh yes!!! Just so you know I would not be able to do it....eating one of my ducks....but I do know that some people are fine with it. If it lead to life or death I guess I could eat my duck, but besides that...I will take a pass!
