How funny... My standard buff cochin knows her nickname. Her name is Kendra but we call her "Chicken Hawk" because she perches on your arm like a falcon (silly, I know). I can say "Kendra" all I want, but the second I say, "CHICKEN HAWK!", guess who comes running full speed!- CarriBrown

I love that! Mine know what a can of cat food looks like and they also recognize the white little tub that meal worms come in. I love watching them waddle/run over to the fence!- CarriBrown
