Well... yes right now I am out there when it rains. Iv'e been trying to steer the latest chicks to cover enough times so they'll get it. They run and screech otherwise. I did the same thing last year and the year before. So in the chaos I see where everyone is. I know the coop stays empty...

The coop is open during the day but mine don't shelter in it either. They go under the porch or the storage sheds. Some just stay out they seem to like it. The very young ones are still trying to figure out exactly what to do when it rains, but for now they run around like lunatics.:)
