My birds won’t touch any sort of eggs, scrambled or hard boiled. Get a bit of the chick starter and mix some water in to make it soft. Almost like oatmeal. Then tap around beside it, maybe even get a bit on your finger and offer it to her. She won’t eat a lot but getting her started is important.
