I had the Australorp's before. They panted pretty bad in the summer here when we had temp's of 118-F. Lost a couple of those hen's to heatstroke because they picked that hot time to go broody. I sold the rest of those. I have mostly the Naked Neck's now, and they did very well this past summer.
