Terramycin helps with certain bacteria, but it weak in treating E.coli and others, so if it doesn’t get better in a day or two, you might consult a vet or use some plain Neosporin ointment. Vets can prescribe cipro eye drops or others that treat practically every bacteria. Good luck.
That is great that her crop is better. Can you post any pictures of her eye? Terramycin is good. Apply it twice a day into the eye. Clean any drainage or pus before applying the ointment. Her eye sounds like it was pecked by another chick which is common.
Crops in new chicks will get large after they eat. I wouldn’t give any more oil. It sounds fine it the crop went down some after not eating for a couple of hours. Do not turn it upside down. Just let it eat and drink. Try putting small amount of the feed in a cup with some water. Water helps...
Make sure it doesn’t have pasty butt, and that it is eating and drinking. They can eat bedding, and if you see that, you can put some sheets of paper towel down over the bedding for a week.
