So I just have some silly behavior questions.
Pearl, my white( ish) scovy has been a mean bird since we got her/him. Bites hard, bites the other ducks and omg if my dogs walk by the fence she/he jumps at them with feet out ready to do some serious harm. The fence prevents that thankfully...
Yes those are the same one. We call her/him pearl...she is a stinker haha. I change my mind on who is what every day. One is seeming to slow down on the growth (darkest one).
Ok here we go. I forgot I had these on my camera. I will label them with their current names to make this easier...
Aww shoot. I hope there is at least one girl in there. We bought them, 2 as day olds and 3 when they were already feathering out a lot. 2 of them are staying no matter what and though I like the other 3 too I could part with them to get girls.
When they get older I will have to come and have you guys help me decide who to pair up (the pen they are in now is the future breeder pen just to be sure I get pure babies).
Ok here are more photos. Probably still not the right shots but they do not care what I want Let me know and I can try...
Thanks, that is who I thought you meant but wanted to be sure. She has a base color that is white I think but she has some lblue/silver/something scalloping on her wings and faint markings on top of her head. Idk what she is other than stunning and mean as a snake.
I'm ok with the one in the first photo being either. He stays no matter what. We actually figured he was a boy so got three more in hopes that we would have girls for him.
I'm such a newbie...what one is silver?
I took new ics I'll post them when I have time to re-size them.
By chocolate and white do you mean the one in the first photo? That would make me so happy. LOL
Ok, I will try to get shots of them from different directions and what not. Every time I take my camera out they are sleeping. I just hosed out their pen so it is a muddy mess (and they love it lol)...
Thank you!! Your baby is so cute! My white one is a meanie..if she is a girl I do not look forward to the day she goes broody!
I've read everything people share on here to sex them and I just cannot.
Hey all!
I was hoping to get your opinions on genders here. I'm fearing I may have five boys out of ...five lol.
Pardon the messy water...you know ducks. I had already changed water several times lol
