    Can you put a "brown" roo over a blue egg layer and get the green eggs, or does it have to be specific breeds? I see alot of Ameraucana and Marans on this thread. Can you put a "blue" egg roo over a brown egg layer and get green also?

    These are my first olive eggs going into the bator! (from Sonew123) I also have new pullets I just hatched that are Barred Rock x Ameraucana/x crosses. Any chance those will be olive eggers? I'm just learning all of the genetics.
