Kelly, any ideas regarding gender yet an the Wynette olive eggers? Are they too cute for words? I scanned this thread but I am too rummy to find anything.

Here are the olive egger babies from Wynette's eggs: They are going to Kelly and I will get a hen back if she has any extras or sometime down the road. They are the cutest, softest chicks ever!
Here are the four of them:
Here's the blue:
Here are the blacks:

NO NO NO...meaning all egg sheels are porous not the bad kind of porous! I am not referring to the ones that feel rough and are speckled when you candle them. I just meant that all eggs shells have the capability of air, water, etc going through the shell! Yikes.
I just opened the last two and they appeared to be scrambled with nothing formed. I don't really understand why they lost weight with the others except that the shells are porous and they probably started drying out. So my hatch rate subtracting the one clear and two that cracked would be 67%...
I think the new guy is black too. He is still damp so it's hard to tell. That's four hatched three not pipped. I still have hope.
Wynette thought these guys might be sticky because of low humidity and excess weight loss but they have pipped and zipped and popped out crazy fast and easy...
You guys are BAD!
I have four left in the bator. One is the cracked one which I think is a dud, one is zipping and the other two are just laying there doing nothing. I'll update when somebody does something.

First Olive Eggers from Wynette's eggs hatched this morning! They have cute little feathered legs. The one in the middle is grey and the other two darker.
